Caleb Goertz

Caleb is prepared, organized, and approachable, attributes that complement his structural engineering abilities for projects across Vancouver Island. His understanding of process and big-picture awareness benefits clients, fellow consultants, and contractors. He puts in the extra effort required to achieve the best solution, as he is always mindful of his design work's costs and constructability.

His focus on structural efficiency has resulted in successful design solutions for institutional, commercial, multi-family residential, and seismic upgrade projects. His contributions and work are evident in projects like Craigflower Hall, Crosstown, and the Victoria Press Building.

Caleb completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of British Columbia. His Master's research focused on mass timber and performance-based design methodologies.
