Nensi Baboci

Nensi Baboci, BASc, MEng, P.Eng., CAHP Intern | Associate

Nensi leads with integrity and sets a strong example through her work ethic and professionalism. She brings extensive expertise in the evaluation, investigation, and remediation of building envelope systems in both modern and heritage buildings, including walls, windows, roofing, and waterproofing. Her technical proficiency extends to implementing rehabilitation and preventative maintenance programs that enhance the performance and longevity of buildings. Her project portfolio includes retrofit designs, building condition assessments, and investigations into building envelope performance. She is experienced in all aspects of project delivery, from durability reviews and shop drawing assessments to cost estimating, bid reviews, contract administration, and construction oversight.

Nensi holds both a Master’s of Engineering and Bachelor’s of Applied Science Degrees from the University of Toronto and is an Intern with the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals (CAHP). Nensi is involved in multiple internal RJC committees and actively participates in industry publications and presentations.
