RJC Engineers Expand Kelowna Office

Effective May 1st, 4D Engineering began an integration with our Kelowna office. Paul Heinrichs joins RJC Engineers after more than 20 years as the Managing Principal and Senior Engineer of 4D Engineering; a structural consulting firm located in Kelowna, BC. Paul’s primary areas of expertise include the design of concrete tilt-up buildings for light industrial and warehouse facilities, low-rise wood frame multifamily buildings, as well as retail and office building projects.

Paul holds a Master’s Degree of Engineering from the University of Alberta, majoring in Structural Engineering. In addition to professional registrations in British Columbia and Alberta, Paul is a registered Structural Engineer in the State of Arizona.

Paul’s diverse experience has led to an appreciation and understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of building design and construction. His long-standing client relationships are evidence of the creativity and the value that Paul brings to each project.

In 2015, we opened the doors in Kelowna to better serve clients throughout the Okanagan and BC’s Interior. The integration of our Kelowna office and 4D Engineering will add depth to our technical resources and assist us in providing a higher level of customer service.
