Candidate Profile

MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES PROGRAM


The Manager, Human Resource Programs plays a pivotal role in RJC’s commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience and fostering organizational effectiveness. This position is key to shaping the future of HR programs and initiatives through collaborative design and then leading their successful implementation to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

• Assess business and employee needs to co-create, develop, and execute program strategies and roadmaps that address short-term goals, align with long-term business objectives, and enhance the employee experience.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, subject matter experts, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to collaboratively design and implement HR programs that align with evolving business needs and priorities.
• Apply critical thinking, project management, change management, and advanced communication skills to ensure the effective management and execution of HR programs.
• Leverage data and analytics to draw actionable insights, inform program priorities, and ensure alignment with HR strategy.
• Utilize ongoing assessments and employee feedback to continuously refine and enhance program effectiveness, ensuring they remain impactful and relevant over time.

KEY PROGRAMS


• Onboarding Experience: Lead and elevate RJC’s onboarding process to ensure a seamless, engaging, and culturally aligned experience for new hires.
• Mentorship Program: Develop and manage programs to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• RJC Professional: Deploy new micro-site updates and aid in the execution of other related events.
• Employee Talent Programs: Deliver talent programs, including employee career development, succession and talent planning and performance management.
• Compliance Training: Oversee annual compliance training programs.

 

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES:

EXPERIENCE
• 10+ years of Human Resources or program management experience.
• Experience preferred in Engineering or Professional Services Firms.
• A proven and successful track record of building and managing employee programs.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Adult Education or an equivalent.
• PMP would be an asset
