London Residence
Located in New Westminster, BC, the London Residence is a five-storey wood-framed residential development.
The project was required to demonstrate compliance to Step 4 of the BC Energy Step Code to take advantage of a density bonus as part of rezoning bylaws of the City of New Westminster.
RJC Engineers was retained as the energy consultant to demonstrate compliance.
Several Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) were developed meet the energy requirements.
