RJC Engineers Announces Three New Principals and Four New Associates, Marking the Firm’s 77th Year of Growth

RJC Engineers is marking its 77th year of tremendous growth and achievement with the announcement of three new Principals and four new Associates from across its Canadian offices
January 13th, 2025 PT (Vancouver, BC) —Today, RJC Engineers (RJC), a national, employee-owned engineering firm, has announced the appointment of three new Principals and four new Associates to the company’s extensive leadership stable. With these appointments, RJC’s leadership has grown to 55 Principals and 55 Associates as the organization rings in its 77th year of business in 2025.
This year’s newly appointed Principals and Associates are from various segments of RJC’s business, from Structural Engineering and Building Science and Restoration, to Sustainability, Project Leadership, and Technical Innovation.
“2025 marks over 70 years as a fully employee-owned organization. This appointment of new leaders supports RJC’s continued growth from coast to coast,” says Jeff Rabinovitch, Chair of RJC Engineers' Board of Directors. “This recognition highlights a tradition of high achievement at RJC, as each individual brings a wealth of experience, leadership and problem-solving into their new roles. At RJC, we pride ourselves in delivering service excellence to our clients. This is only possible through the dedication of our people who continue to go above and beyond to make the projects we work on both successful and meaningful.”
